The gap
Great ideas aren't the same as validated ones.
Most ventures don’t fail for lack of a good idea. They fail because the idea was never tested with a real user or customer – the need was assumed, not confirmed, and there was no evidence behind it. This workshop starts by getting the problem right: understand who actually has it, validate it with real users, design an MVP around it, and test that MVP before a single rupee goes into go-to-market. Two working days, not a semester-long cohort.
How it works
From registration to workshop day.

Why us
How this workshop is built differently
Most incubation workshops
- Generalist mentorship, no proven playbook
- Program ends at validation
- Final output: a pitch deck
- A certificate and a cohort
This workshop
- Run by the team behind IMC's real go-to-market and commercialization work, proven first in healthcare — one of the hardest markets to sell into
- Validating with real users comes first — go-to-market follows the evidence
- Final output: a commercial launch plan, ready to pitch or pilot
- A warm channel into IMC's existing client and event network

Who it's for
Built for teams with a real problem statement.
- Founders & student innovators with a validated or near-validated idea
- Domain experts & researchers looking to commercialize a product, workflow, or service
- Early teams of 2–5 ready to work hands-on across two full days
- A model that travels — built and proven in healthcare, one of the least forgiving markets to sell into, and just as sharp anywhere the buying is complex

Proof
Built on 20 years in the market, not theory.
IMC Idea Labs runs on the same playbook as IMC — 20 years spent in HealthTech, Digital Transformation, and startup growth, working with 100+ clients across the US, UK, Netherlands, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Southeast Asia. This isn’t a curriculum written about commercialisation. It’s the same engine used to take genomics platforms, pharma innovators, and hospital networks to market.
